## What to write about

Write if your team is doing something by hand that a system should be doing, if you want an AI agent
wired into the tools you already run, or if you are hiring for a remote product or engineering role.
Bring the problem, not the spec. The first thing I will ask is which bottleneck we are removing and
which number tells us it worked.
